1. Overview
We want you to be completely
satisfied with every Muslin Dhaka purchase. Please read this policy carefully
before placing your order, as return eligibility depends on the type of product
purchased. If you have any questions before buying, contact us — we are happy
to help you make the right choice.

3. Return
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, all
of the following conditions must be met:
•
The return request is
submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
•
The item is unworn, unused,
and in its original condition.
•
All original tags, labels,
dust bags, and packaging are intact and included.
•
The item shows no signs of
wear, perfume, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.
Items that do not meet all of the
above conditions will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the
customer at their expense.
4. How to
Return
Please follow these steps in
order. Returns received without an RMA number will not be processed and will be
returned to sender.
1. Email sharif@muslindhaka.com within 14 days of your
delivery date. Include your order number, the item you are returning, the
reason for your return, and clear photographs of the item.
2. We will respond within 2 business days with a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address.
3. Securely repackage the item in its original packaging.
Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the return using a fully trackable, insured courier.
We recommend FedEx or DHL Express.
5. Email us your return tracking number so we can monitor the
shipment.
6. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the
customer. We strongly recommend insuring the return shipment for its full
purchase value.
7. Retain your tracking number and proof of postage until
your refund is confirmed.

International Returns
For all returns shipped from
outside Bangladesh, please complete customs forms accurately and label the
outside of the package clearly with:
RETURNED GOODS — NO COMMERCIAL VALUE
This labelling is required to
prevent import duties being charged when the parcel re-enters Bangladesh. Any
customs duties or fees applied to return shipments that are billed to Muslin
Dhaka will be deducted from your refund amount.
6. Refunds
Once we receive your returned
item, we will inspect it within 3 business days.

If the return is approved,
a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
•
Please allow 5–10 business
days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card
provider.
•
You will receive a
confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed.
•
If the returned item does
not meet our return conditions, we will notify you by email. The item will be
returned to you. Return shipping costs in this case are the customer’s
responsibility.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Because every Muslin Dhaka piece is unique, we cannot guarantee that an
alternative piece will be available at the time of your return. If you wish to
purchase a different piece, please place a new order once your refund has been
processed.
8. Defective
or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or
defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at
sharif@muslindhaka.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the
damage.

We will arrange a full
refund or replacement at no cost to you, including all return shipping charges.
•
Defective item claims
submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be accepted.
•
This applies to all product
types, including made-to-order pieces.
9.
Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces — Final Sale
All made-to-order and custom
pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, except in the
case of a confirmed manufacturing defect (see Section 8 above).
This is because every custom piece
is created exclusively for the customer according to agreed specifications and
cannot be resold. Before payment is taken for any custom order, we will confirm
to you in writing: the full specifications, estimated production timeline,
total price, and this non-return condition. Your written confirmation of these
terms is required before we begin production.
10. Sale &
Discounted Items
All items purchased at a reduced,
promotional, or discounted price are final sale. They are not eligible for
return or exchange.
11. EU &
UK Consumer Rights
For EU consumers: Under the EU
Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase
within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, provided the goods have not
been used. This right does not apply to custom-made or personalized goods,
which are specifically excluded under Article 16(c) of the Directive. Our
14-day return window for standard products is consistent with your legal
rights.
For UK consumers: Under the
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the same rights and exclusions apply.
Bespoke and custom-made goods are excluded from the right of cancellation.
Nothing in this Return &
Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you have under
applicable consumer protection law in your country.
