- Reservation Conditions
10.1 Availability & Acceptance

10.2 Reservation Confirmation & Validity
After reserving, you will receive an email confirming your request. This is not a guarantee of product availability. Products will be held for 3 calendar days from confirmation.
10.3 Collection & Ownership
To collect your reserved item, present valid ID and reservation details. If someone else collects on your behalf, they must bring your confirmation email, ID, and a signed authorization.
Ownership transfers to you only after full payment and collection.
10.4 No Right of Withdrawal
Reservations completed in-store are not considered online sales. Store terms will apply to such purchases, including returns or exchanges, where applicable.

- Product Availability
All items shown on our website are subject to availability. Muslin Dhaka reserves the right to limit quantities per customer to ensure fair access to all.
In rare cases of simultaneous orders, stock discrepancies may occur. If your chosen item is unavailable after order confirmation, we will notify you promptly. You may then choose an alternative product or receive a refund.
If a product is marked for pre-order, its estimated availability date will be indicated. This date is subject to change, and customers will be notified via email or account updates. Personalized and custom orders are final and cannot be canceled or refunded once confirmed.
- Order Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed after a discussion scheduled at a time convenient for you. Once confirmed, you will receive an order summary via email.
For certain items such as custom or pre-order products, payment may be taken immediately, and bank details will be securely retained until shipment.
Orders cannot be altered once confirmed, except where allowed by law or these terms. Muslin Dhaka reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing or availability issues. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Price and Payment
All prices listed are in USD and exclude applicable taxes and delivery fees. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Payments must be made in full at the time of order confirmation. We currently accept:
- Credit/debit cards
- Bank transfers (for local orders only)
For bank transfers, instructions will be provided during checkout or via confirmation email. Orders will be processed once payment is received and verified.
Muslin Dhaka does not accept third-party store credits or gift cards for online purchases.
- Shipping and Delivery – Zones
Muslin Dhaka delivers only to street addresses within our defined Delivery Zones. We cannot ship to PO boxes, parcel forwarding, or outside Bangladesh.
Customers will be informed during checkout whether their address is eligible. If unavailable, the order cannot be processed.
We do not currently offer in-store pickup.
- Shipping and Delivery – Costs and Methods
Delivery charges are determined at checkout and depend on your location, item type, and delivery method. We may offer multiple delivery options based on product category or urgency.

- Delivery Time – Estimates and Collection
19.1 Home Delivery
At the time of purchase, Muslin Dhaka will provide an estimated delivery window and available shipping methods.
If your order cannot be shipped immediately, our Customer Service team will contact you with an update and revised estimated delivery timeline.
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
19.2 Collection (if applicable in the future)
If in-store collection becomes available, you will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring:
- The confirmation email (printed or on your device);
- A valid government-issued ID.
If a third party is collecting on your behalf, they must present:
- The confirmation email forwarded by you;
- Their own ID.
To update an authorized person for collection, please contact Customer Service.
Orders must be collected within 14 days of receiving the pickup notification. Uncollected packages will be returned, and a refund processed.
A signature is required upon collection.
- Delivery Issues
If your order is not delivered within ten (10) business days beyond the estimated delivery window, please notify our Customer Service team promptly. All claims must be made within thirty (30) business days of order confirmation.
Inspect your package upon delivery. If anything is damaged or missing, note it on the delivery receipt if possible, and contact us immediately.
If your items do not match the order or arrive in unsatisfactory condition, you may initiate a return, exchange, or refund as per our “Returns and Exchanges” policy.
- Transfer of Ownership
Ownership of the purchased products transfers to the customer:

- Upon collection by the customer or their authorized representative.
Once delivered or collected, the customer assumes all responsibility for the product, including risk of loss, theft, or damage.
- Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
22.1 Online Orders
You may return products purchased from muslindhaka.com within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item:
- Is in original condition and packaging.
- Has all labels and tags intact;
- Is accompanied by the original invoice (or copy, in case of partial return).
Items must be returned via our designated courier with a pre-paid return label. Visit your account’s “Orders” section to begin the process.
If you choose another return method, Muslin Dhaka is not liable for lost or delayed packages.
Beauty and Fragrance Products: Must be unopened and sealed. Used or unsealed items will not be accepted.
22.2 Exchanges
Products may be exchanged for items of equal or greater value. You will be responsible for any price difference. If exchanged for a lower-value item, the difference will be refunded within ten (10) business days.
Initial shipping charges will not be refunded, but standard delivery for the exchanged item will be free.
One exchange per item is permitted. Sales taxes on exchanged items may apply.
Gifts may only be exchanged for items of equal or greater value. Refunds will not be issued to gift recipients.
22.3 Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of return receipt. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
22.4 Non-Returnable Items
Personalized, made-to-order, or final-sale products are not eligible for return or exchange. Items must be returned in unused condition. Worn or damaged items will not be accepted.
22.5 Return of Footwear
Shoes must be tried on a clean, non-abrasive surface. Damaged soles or worn items will not be accepted.
- Reservation of Title
Muslin Dhaka retains ownership of all goods until full payment has been received. For personalized items, ownership remains with Muslin Dhaka until shipment.
- Proof – Limitation of Liability
The electronic data recorded by the Muslin Dhaka website within its IT infrastructure shall serve as valid evidence of all transactions conducted between Muslin Dhaka and its customers. In the event of a dispute arising from a transaction made through the website, the data stored by Muslin Dhaka shall be considered conclusive proof of communications, orders, and payments exchanged between the parties.

In case of a payment dispute or chargeback, you agree to return the products upon request and bear any associated risks such as loss, theft, or damage during return shipping.

Muslin Dhaka shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay or failure in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to causes beyond its reasonable control. Such causes include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, strikes, labor disputes, governmental actions, supply chain interruptions, internet failures, or other unforeseen events. In the event of a force majeure occurrence, delivery timelines may be extended, and Muslin Dhaka will notify customers as promptly as possible.
